Wireline Spooler Description of Solids Control Equipment
Wireline Spooler is a special equipment for the workingwireline retracting of crown block and traveling block of drilling rig(also available for retracting tool of similar principle).Because it is equipped with a lead line drum, it can complete the line string up work before drilling and retracting line when finished drilling. Work is more convenient and safe, easy to operate.

(1) For receiving or releasing drill rope when transfeming drill rig
(2) Fast install or replace rope for conveyor or elevator in mine industry
(3) For rising cable from or descend to well when well logging or electric pump operation
Wireline Spooler Feature of Drilling Spare Parts
(1) Use disk brake to get high braking power, the running roller can be braked momentanily
(2) Adopt double rollers design to achieve function of receiving or stringing rope, workload is reduced
(3) Electric, hydraulic and pneumatic model are optional, control the speed of spooler by stepless regulation
(4) Both electric and hydraulic system adopt explosion proof design.
